If you're searching for a taste of authentic Vietnamese cuisine that will transport your taste buds straight to the bustling streets of Vietnam, look no further than Pho Cyclo Cafe in Bellevue, WA. Tucked conveniently at 500 108th Ave NE, this charming restaurant is not just a meal; it's a culinary experience waiting to be savored.

Specializing in Vietnamese food, Pho Cyclo Cafe brings the warmth and diversity of this beloved cuisine to your table with a menu that boasts delights like Pho Tai, a fragrant beef noodle soup made with rare steak. Each bowl is crafted with precision, featuring silky rice noodles enveloped in a steaming beef broth infused with aromatic spices such as cinnamon, anise, and cloves. Topped with chopped green onions and fresh coriander, every spoonful bursts with flavor that beckons for more. To elevate this classic dish, a selection of lime, crunchy bean sprouts, Vietnamese basil, and jalapeño slices are provided, inviting you to customize your bowl to perfection.

But Pho Cyclo Cafe isn’t just about pho. Dive into their Bun Dac Biet, a special rice noodle combination with succulent pork, shrimp, and meatballs—each bite thoughtfully paired with fresh lettuce, fragrant herbs, and topped with a drizzle of their renowned "Nuoc mam" sauce. For those craving something hearty yet refreshing, the Bun Ga Xao with stir-fried chicken over rice noodles hits the spot every time, delivering a delicious contrast of textures and flavors.

Start your dining experience on a high note with their enticing appetizers. The Fresh Spring Rolls are a must-try; packed with noodles, lettuce, and an assortment of herbs, they come wrapped in delicate rice paper, providing a light and refreshing introduction to your meal. Alternatively, indulge in their crispy Eggrolls or Crispy Spring Rolls—luxuries that are both flavorful and satisfyingly crunchy, especially when paired with homemade peanut sauce.

The atmosphere at Pho Cyclo Cafe is informal yet inviting, where fast and friendly service adds to the overall experience. Although there’s a self-service aspect to be aware of—grab your own chopsticks, napkins, and water—it makes for an engaging dining experience. Be prepared, as it can get busy during lunch hours, but the reward is undoubtedly worth it. Regulars, such as customer 'D M', suggest arriving early to avoid the rush. However, positive reviews like those from 'Giselle Role' highlight the restaurant's consistently fresh ingredients and balanced flavors, making them a beloved lunch spot in the area.

With high praise from customers like 'Key Marshall', who raves about the owner’s welcoming demeanor and exceptional dishes, you quickly understand that Pho Cyclo Cafe isn’t just another Vietnamese restaurant; it's a beloved gem in the community. Whether you’re a newcomer or a loyal patron, it promises a meal that not only satisfies hunger but also ignites a passion for authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Take a break from your fast-paced day and treat yourself to the delicious dishes at Pho Cyclo Cafe—where every meal is an invitation to delight in Vietnamese culture, one bowl at a time.

This place gets busy 12-1:30pm, I usually go by 11:30 and never have to wait for a table. The staff is really polite but do not expect them to wait on you. You order, they bring your food and will bus your table. You must get your own chopsticks, napkins and water like an adult.

since moving to Sonic across the street this has been my favorite lunch spot! The flavor of their broth is well balanced and the accoutrements are always very fresh. Their veggie pho is a favorite with fried tofu slices, woodear mushroom, carrot, broccoli, cabbage, and noodle.

Six stars, straight up. Not only the best Vietnamese restaurant I have ever been to, but hands down one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Period. The owner not only makes you feel welcome and remembered, but is an absolute master of his craft. Every single dish is memorable, and the apex of their kind. Pho, banh mi, com tom nuong. You name it. All authentic, all wonderful.

Good place for work lunch. I don’t eat a lot so the small size ~$15 is enough food for me. The soup is flavorful. Overall no complaints

recent reviews are saying the old owners sold the place to someone new and the new broth is salty. if that is true then this review goes out to the old owners only. i used to come here 1-2 times a week to eat after class since it was the closest pho place to the bus station (2 years ago). ive never had a quality issue with their pho - it is ALWAYS the same flavor and super consistent (though the portions are small). i would come during fall and winter, close to closing time, and it’s always quiet, i was almost always the only person there. super cozy but the owners dont talk very much (there was a old man receptionist, his friend who’s always watching something on his phone, and an old lady). nonetheless i enjoy the pho a lot especially the chicken pho - super warm and comforting by the golden broth. thank you so much for the pho .
